We are a young couple who are looking for a friendly and tidy lodger. Short stays are welcome just contact us with details. Bills included in rent except for food. House has fast broadband, unlimited parking availability, clean kitchen and bathroom where the toilet is separate from shower room. Big living room with space for 5 to sit. Modern washing machine, access to a rear garden and local tennis courts. We have 2 friendly dogs so must be ok with dogs. We have birds so no burning candles in bedrooms please. Couples are welcome but rent will need to be adjusted if more than one person is staying many nights a week (no ridiculous adjustments and again this can be discussed). Bedroom has a small double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and mirror. Any other requirements just let us know and we can work something out :)
