I have an unfurnished double room available in a rented 3 bedroom house (small spare room is used for storage) near the rail station in Wymondham. The rest of the house is furnished and the furniture belongs to myself; but I am happy to share. The house has a well-kept medium sized garden with a garage for storage.
The room is available from 1st Sept 2021.
I would ideally like to share with a professional female, but please let me know regardless if you are interested.
I currently have two cats so liking animals is a must!
