My girlfriend and I will soon be renting out the top floor of our three storey house, comprising of bedroom, living area and bathroom.

Set in a peaceful estate in North-west Wymondham, just off the A11, close to Lidl, Waitrose, co-op, post office and police station. Perfectly situated for commuting into Norwich/ Attleborough/ Thetford or further afield! Couple of minutes’ drive from the train station.

Newbuild property, fully furnished and decorated to high standard.

There will also be a fridge for use in the living area.

Full access to kitchen (ground floor).

Property has small garden and on road parking.

I have two daughters aged 9 and 11 who stay with me 50% of the time as their dad and I share custody. Due to this, we are only renting out to females.

Also living with us is our chonky fat cat Milo who mostly keeps to himself! Pets considered :)

Price is inclusive of all bills and broadband. I will also do your washing and cleaning as part of the fee.
