Lovely double room in friendly family home

I have a lovely double room available to rent. It is on the top floor of a large townhouse with a view over a grassed square at the front.

The room has a chest of drawers, chair, fridge, microwave, shelves and under-bed storage, wardrobe, bedside table, 4ft double bed, two lamps, bedding, and towels. The occupant has access to a shared bathroom with a shower. This bathroom is shared with a maximum of two other people and another toilet is available for use if the bathroom is occupied. The room has just had a full refurb so all the white furniture is new, there's a new carpet and it has been freshly painted.

I am a high school teacher, and I live at home with my two children (22 and 17). We are a peaceful household who like to care for the environment. We are also vegetarian so a non-meat / fish eater, a non-smoker, and somebody who likes to respect the environment is a must. If you need to occasionally consume, store or cook meat or fish, there is a fridge and microwave in your room for this purpose. The family kitchen can be used to cook vegetarian meals if required.

This would suit a sensible, mature student or professional person who wants somewhere modern, clean and calm to live. We have a 20-year history of hosting people from many different nationalities, so we consider ourselves adaptable and friendly.

Finally we love animals and currently have 3 rescue cats and fostered wild hedgehogs.

Employer or University reference required along with photographic ID, visa / right to reside in the UK information (if applicable) and £520 damage deposit which will be refunded minus any damages or money owed when you move out.
