Hi. I have 2 large furnished double bedrooms with en suite in my 5 bedroom house in woodmansey, near Beverley and Hull.
1 room has a double bed, recliner chair, mirrored triple wardrobes, office desk and chair, bath, shower, toilet, TV. The other room is slightly smaller but very cosy and has its own seperate large bathroom. This room is also furnished with large mirrored wardrobes, tv etc.
The house has on site secure parking, electric gates, cctv, fastest WI-FI, large garden with pergola and hot tub. The kitchen and living room is shared with myself Andy (owner). I have 2 large but friendly dogs, Boycie and Marlene.
The rooms are £130 per week each, all inclusive with no bond and would suit a female, working professional. The location is brilliant, its quiet but close to all amenities, on the bus route and 1 minute walk from a garden centre with cafe.
