There are two rooms available for this property and the live-in landlord will occupy the empty one. The 2nd room is much cheaper due to being a pull-out bed, however tenants are welcome to bring their own bed if preferred.

Short-term rolling tendency agreement to be completed and deposit (4 weeks rent) will be placed in the deposit protection scheme.
