Rooms available detached house in Hedon

Although I am a live-in landlord, I am a laid-back guy with very few house rules.
There are three double rooms and three single rooms in the house. A couple of the rooms are unfurnished but these will be done at your request within a week of enquiring.
Please ask for extra charge for couples.
There is cycle storage, and off road parking for several vehicles.
There a currently 2 bathrooms in the house but I will be putting in a third one.
All of the bedrooms are non smoking but there is a designated smoking area with in the house.
Free use of computers.
There is a garden to the rear of the house with a patio area for bbq's and a fish pond surrounded by decking. You can hang your washing out in good weather but there is also a tumble drier.
You also get a twice weekly cleaning srvice, with bedding changed on a weekly basis.
If you have never been to Hedon before it has town status as it provides for the local villages. The house is only one- or two-minutes’ walk from the town centre and shops. There are five pubs and five take away, as well as an arrray of shops.
For contractors it is only a mile away from Saltend BP and about 3 miles to siemens. 16 Mile to easington.
