Fully furnished room with a double bed, and wardrobe. In a three bedroom terraced house within walking distance of the University of Hull. It has a nice green garden and street Parking is available. One shared bathroom (with a bath & shower) and a large living room.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, utensils & pans for cooking. There is a secure storage area for a bike at the side of the house.

Utility bills are included in the rent price, including WiFi, Netflix & amazon prime.


I will be travelling to Canada in the Autumn for work and I also live with my partner who will be joining me there at a later date. so you may have the house to yourself. We enjoy travelling around in a campervan in our spare time.

The room will be available from September onwards. A young professional or student would be preferable. But all are welcome to apply.
