The room up for rent is room 2 which is on the ground floor and very close to the kitchen/living room. Option to pay rent in three instalments of £1357.33 with an initial £200 rent cost with weekly rent being £89 and total rent for the 11 months being £4272. All current tenants are male 4th year students from a variety of courses.
The start of the contract is 17th August 2020 and the end of the contract is 18th July 2021.
