En-suite double-room available in a 3 bedroom semi-D with parking space. The room is furnished with double-bed, wardrobe and side table.

The main bedroom is currently tenanted to a male professional. The 3rd single-room is used as a study. I am currently based elsewhere in the country.

Otherwise, the house is fully-furnished with washing machine, dining table & chairs, 3+2-seater sofas & TV in the living area.. There’s a microwave in the kitchen.

There is a driveway for one car, but space available on the kerb side for another car. The rear garden is of low maintenance with a patio area for you to enjoy on sunny days!

Most bills are included covering council tax, WiFi (75Mbps) and Freeview. Utility bills are also included, however this must be of fair-usage.

I am looking for a clean, tidy professional to share my house with. Would really appreciate a housemate who's responsible and take care to maintain general upkeep of the house including keeping the front and rear garden neat. Garden tools are kept in the garage.
