To rent is a lovely large double bedroom on Park Avenue within the very popular Avenues area (Both a Double and En-Suite and Double with a large bathroom shared with 1 other person is potentially available) with all bills included in this rental price.

This large property with a separate garage for bike space and private parking is not a typical example of what is available to currently rent. The property is shared with 2 other graduates originally from Nottingham University and currently working at Saltend for BP Chemicals and Vivergo Fuels just outside Hull as engineers. We are 24 and 21 years old, regularly out exercising, having dinner with friends or going out for drinks, in a house easily big enough for 5 people. If you are a trustworthy and outgoing person looking to live in a safe, tidy and very well located property then this might just be for you.
Despite the extra room, we are only looking to rent to 1 other person – both males and females welcome. It would be great to meet you if you are interested, and It gives you an opportunity to look around the house properly and get a better idea of whether you would get on with myself and the second housemate.

Renting a room here comes with the flexibility of adjusting the price based on your requirements for a private study room (a fantastic opportunity for a potential post-graduate student at the very nearby University), use of the large garage for storage, and a private parking space outside. The property also has 3 bathrooms, so for the 3 people who will be living here we will have no issue with showers and bathroom space.

Ideally the new tenant would either be in full-time work (or starting a full-time position soon), or a post-graduate student. We currently work at Chemical Company’s nearby, with it being a great setup and location for employees as the likes of Smith and Nephew, BP, Siemens, Reckitt Benckiser etc etc.

To add to the ‘available extra’s’ the house consists of above, included are all the following extra’s you would expect from a great ‘Young-Professionals’ rental: PS3 with games, 50” TV, WiFi, large dining table to entertaining, fully equipped kitchen with personal fridge with freezer for this tenant, large double bedroom with wardrobe, drawers etc. and work desk with chair if required, a BBQ, garden chair set and all bills included under the agreed rental price (negotiable based on start date and additional requirements for garage, separate office space etc.)
