Top floor double room with en-suite in Kingswood

I am a Christian and retired nurse. I have a double room, with en-suite, available to rent on the top floor of my house in Kingswood.

The room is quite big, and so you would be quite self-contained.

There is a large walk-in dressing room and space for suitcases. A double bed, with drawer space below, a desk and bookcase, and a dressing table with large mirror (out of view in the photos). It probably needs an additional chest of drawers, which I will provide. The room is warm, and has plenty of space to spread out and add your own things.

I occupy a study, bathroom and bedroom on the middle floor, which means we both have our own space.

Downstairs is a siting room, looking out onto the garden, and a kitchen with all amenities. I have a large pantry with a lot of space, and an additional cupboard being added into the kitchen.

I am ideally looking for a visiting academic, business person working in the area for a period of time, or indeed someone who is looking for a Monday-Friday let (.where the rent would be adjusted accordingly). Hull university is about a 15 minute drive away. I have a lodger who stays about once a month, and am looking for someone to fit around this, if possible.

I would also consider someone who needs full time accommodation on a week by week basis..

There is an available parking space, and the bus stop into Hull is only a 2 minute walk away. I don’t have any pets at the moment.

The house is situated almost next door to a lovely park, and the Kingswood shopping centre (with supermarket, cinema, and leisure centre) is a short walk away through the park. Despite this, it is quite a quiet area.

The room is available for a single person only, and I am quite open to people of any age.

All I ask is that you be respectful of the space, which is also my home, and enjoy the place for as long as you are here.
