Bedroom to let

Hi,

I'm a professional working with the NHS as a clinical psychologist. Been in Hull for almost 5 years now.

I live in a 2 bed-roomed new build apartment in Willerby and would like to rent out one of the rooms. It is a double room and I have only recently decorated this, including adding a brand new bed, mattress, wardrobe. The main bathroom is next door which will predominantly be used by whoever moves in as I have my own en suite so very rarely use the main bathroom.

Ideally, I would prefer someone who is vegetarian. This is just a personal preference of mine and it makes cooking and sharing food a lot easier.

I have a beautiful cute wee affectionate and very friendly cat called Snoozy (as all she likes to do is Snooze) so you would have to be fond of cats as she rules the house ;-)
I'm a very flexible and social person, play drums in a band in my spare time and love cooking when I can.

Lastly, the area I live in is lovely and secure. Very quiet and the neighbours are fantastic.
