Lovely 3 bed semi detached home close to Acklam Hall.

Have had a live in lodger for 4 years and he has now moved on.

Would potentially suit a professional or someone working at JCUH.

The house has three big bedrooms, a shared bath/shower room and a separate toilet. Shared kitchen, living room with log burner, a separate dining room, along with a lovely enclosed garden, so plenty of space to not be on each others laps.

I rarely live at the property due to work, and therefore would ideally look at two individuals to share if single, so that the bills are paid, or additional payment/supplement for a couple.

I will be having some work done over the coming months to the property, but that shouldn’t impact you too much.
