We have a lovely light and airy room available for rent. It is on the ground floor, next to the shower and downstairs toilet which you will have shared use of.
We are a busy family with adult children who are out a lot so when we are home we like to relax.
You will have shared use of the kitchen and a utility room. There is a lovely garden. And the village has some beautiful walks.
We are on a main bus route to York with buses every 30 mins. Or it is around 25 mins drive to York University Heslington Campus and 30 minutes drive to the city. We also have good road links to the A64 for Leeds (45 mins). Parking is on street.
We are looking for a friendly but quiet housemate who will enjoy the peace we have at home. We have two very friendly Labradors Ruby and Alfie.
