I'm looking for a clean and tidy person to share a lovely spacious 2 bed upper flat in Easingwold with. There's 1 of 2 rooms available - either a single OR a double. There's ample parking outside (no permits needed) and pleasant surrounding grass areas. Local amenities can be found within a 10-15 minutes walk.

The flat utilities comprise of your own fridge! Also, Fridge freezer, washing machine, sofas, 4k Ultra HD tv, superfast broadband. Both rooms have been redecorated and furnished. The Single includes Duvan bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers, and room for a desk. OR The Double includes a 3 door wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, double bed, bedside drawers, and room for a desk.

Broadband & TV, Water, Gas & Electric and Council Tax are all included in the rent.

A little about me. I'm someone that can be both talkative and quiet; a film-lover and book reader who's quite sporty, and loves travelling. Other than that, it's probably what you expect.
