Double room to rent in a large 3 bed semi-detached house in a quiet village on the outskirts of scarborough. Own private living room with lovely views and there is an annex with a shower room which you could also have the sole use of or share the bathroom inside if you prefer. All Bills inc. Internet provided. There is secure parking behind electric gates. There is a large attic for use to store things if required. outside there is a garage, shed and garden area with table and chairs. We are a working professional couple I work days and my partner works nights we have a 7yr old and a well behaved 18mth old cocker spaniel who is really friendly who sleeps in the front porch but she does like lots of attention and cuddles so you would need to like dogs but she can also be kept away if you wanted. Room is available now. Required bond of £450 with 1 months rent to be paid in advance. ideally I am looking for someone who is a working professional, if someone is interested and they only want a room for through the week and are away at weekends I would be willing to lower the price.
