Double in Cosy Cottage

Bed and matress provided only with mattress protector, no pillows or linen, to be provided by yourself. Comes with wardrobes and drawers.

Beautiful character cottage situated just outside of Knaresborough in a small friendly village in Ferrensby.

Shared used of large bathroom with shower and bath.

There is a third room availble for use as a study/work area or for me I use it as a makeup table.

Large shared lounge with lovely woodburner. The lounge opens to the back garden courtyard area, which has just been newly rennovated by myself.

Large fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Even have a great Nespresso machine feel free to use.

Transportation wise there is a bus stop across the road that takes you to Knaresborough, where there is a train station that goes to Harrogate or Leeds direction. Or it is a 20 min drive into Harrogate centre. I park just outside in a little area in front of the cottage, but you are welcome to park in the pub car park next door. Also near great walks in the adjacent fields. I love a good walk to go and collect eggs from the farm down the road or go around the garden centre next to it.

For ease all bills are inc. Water, Gas/Elec, Internet and council tax as well as obviously the rent. Obviously the bills can be subject to slight change if usage goes up, i. e in winter heating etc. Rental is for a 6 month period, but can be extended pending on how the rental goes.

About me:
I own 2 mini dachshunds, so you would have to be very comfortable with dogs and like dogs as they are very friendly and do like a nice snuggle on the sofa with people.
I like a quiet life and generally like a slower paced life so looking for a tennant that is clean tidy and considerate. I work in Harrogate as an assistant manager and have shift work. Like to bake, cook, garden and go for big long country walks. Love my garden and love to potter around pruning the small herb garden I have. I think I offer a home away from home. It is very cosy, safe and secure here and I am always here for you should you need :)
