It is lovely, homely, opposite my house but completely self contained set in own garden, patio to rear. Real fire , dual fuel, bath & shower separate. Would consider a pet too but a dog would need to be kept on a lead outside as garden not enclosed. Friendly but busy family opposite so privacy respected!
