I have a 4 storey newly built townhouse in the centre of Harrogate. There are 3 bedrooms - one is a small study so there are 2 double bedrooms available - 1 with en-suite and walk in wardrobe, the other with adjacent bathroom and free standing furniture. The top floor lounge has a sofa bed for occasional guest use.
There is a utility room with washing machine, downstairs toilet and access to the double garage on the ground floor. The first floor is an open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge. The second floor has the bedrooms, study and bathrooms and the top floor bedroom / lounge has access to the large roof terrace which has sun all day, loungers, BBQ etc.
Both lounges have large TVs with Freesat access, Netflix etc.
I am looking to rent out my house to reliable professionals who are tidy and non-smokers. Happy for occasional guests / friends.
I am fairly flexible on move in date for the available room, but the existing tenant is not leaving until end of October.
