Double furnished room available in new town house
I have a 4 storey newly built townhouse in the centre of Harrogate. There are 3 bedrooms - I have the en-suite so you would have exclusive use of the bathroom and furnished double bedroom. There are 2 spare bedrooms - 1 smaller one adjacent to the room available is used as a study, the other double room has a double sofa bed and further single sofa bed for guest use.
The first floor is an open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge and the top floor bedroom / lounge has access to the large roof terrace which has sun all day, loungers, BBQ etc. There is a utility room with washing machine, downstairs toilet and access to the double garage on the ground floor. You'd have access to all areas (including half the garage if you have a car), other than my room and the study.
I have a 1 year old labrador who is very friendly. He is rarely, if ever in the house alone.
Both lounges have large TVs with Freesat access, Netflix plus DVD player.
I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom to a reliable professional who is quite tidy and a non-smoker. Happy for occasional guests / friends but if a couple is using the room there would be an additional £50 per month for bills.
I am relocating to Scotland with work so you will have the house to yourself the majority of the time, although I do plan to return on some days off / holidays for at least a couple of days every month or twice a month, hence not looking to rent out the whole house.
I may be able to flex a little on rent and move in date depending on circumstances.
