Share with only 1 other in lovely 3 bed house!

Kitchen/dining room

This is the only room I rent out in the house, so you will be sharing the 3 bed semi detached with only myself and my little dog!
I am a friendly and sociable 39yr old female owner/occupier looking for a professional person to rent my furnished single spare room.
The house is a well appointed, comfortable 3 bedroomed semi (the pictures don't do the house justice!), which I currently share with my people-friendly jack russell terrier, Eddie.
The house is equipped with gas central heating throughout.
The lounge has a gas fire, flat screen TV and there is washing machine in a separate utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.
The open plan kitchen/dining room has a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 6-8 people with patio doors leading to the rear lawned garden, paved seating area & BBQ. The third bedroom is used as storage as I only rent out one room.
On street parking is readily available & does not require a permit. Shops, pubs, takeaways and a bus route are nearby. Harrogate town centre is approx 10 mins drive/20 mins walk away.
