Bedroom 2 (£525 pcm) overlooks the rear garden. It is the second largest double bedroom with a small amount of storage space and king size bed.

Bedroom 3 (£575 pcm) a single spacious room overlooking rear garden. Furnished with single bed, beside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and combination microwave.

Large lounge/dining room furnished with leather sofas, light oak furniture and 49" 4K Smart TV. The dining area seats six around a large glass table overlooking the rear garden through french windows.

Modern stylish family bathroom comprising bath with power shower overhead, hand basin and toilet.

Rent includes electric, gas, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. A small monthly charge will be made for cleaning of the communal areas.

Situated to the north of the town centre, the property is just 5 minutes walk from the bus stop on Ripon Road (36 route and others) and 15 minutes walk from the town centre.
