One double room available from 28th May in my lovely, large, quiet Victorian house in central HARROGATE. Own bath/shower room. Patio and garden. 5 minutes walk from station. My house is very clean and tidy and I expect my lodgers to respect this, and be the same. Absolutely no smokers.
There is a large shared kitchen /diner, large cellar and living room for my 2 lodgers to share with TV. All bills (except phone) are included, fast WiFi available and on street parking.
Professional females, preferred. Must be
be a non smokers. I would prefer a full time let but would also consider a Monday- Friday let.
