I have a newly decorated/carpeted bedroom to let in a large four bedroom terrace. The house is centrally located, close to Asda and a short walk to the restaurants, bars and bus/ train station etc.
It is kept very clean and has welcomed lodgers, both female and male, over many years. There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and some tenants have stayed 2- 3 years. I have always shown lodgers respect and understanding for their own space/lives.
I can offer off street parking and the usual wifi/ central heating etc..
I will be letting another double bedroom out in the next few weeks.
