Double Bedroom, Dragon Road

Hey! I’ve got a double bedroom to rent in a flat on Dragon Road in Harrogate.
It’s a good size flat with entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living/dinning room and two bedrooms.

The spare room already has a double bed and wardrobe ready to use, there is a lot of room remaining for a desk or chest of drawers, whatever you want to bring. It’s a light room with a small sky light with a blind.

The living room has 3 sofas, tv, dinning table and 4 chairs. It’s a great space for socialising and relaxing and I currently have a PS4 in there too.
Kitchen is a little dated and small but has everything you need, gas stove, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dryer.
Bathroom is very new and modern with a bath and a great shower with two heads.

On street parking available just across the road.

The flat is in a great location...
1 minute walk to ASDA
7 minute walk to Railway Station
10 minute to town shops and restaurants

Rent is £450 a month with bills included
Deposit is £400

Unfortunately no pets, no couples and preferably no smokers

A little about me: I’m 26 and a nurse, I work long days but like to chill when I get home and then see friends and family on the weekend. I normally batch cook for the week and enjoy watching movies, socialising, sports and play FIFA now and again.
