It’s a good size flat with entrance hall, kitchen, brand new bathroom, freshly painted living/dinning room and two bedrooms.
The room advertised already has a double bed and a wardrobe ready for your use. Also included is a desk and optional chest of drawers. Still leaving room for your own personal furniture you are welcome to bring. It’s a bright room with a small sky light with a blind.
The living room will soon be re arranged slightly with a corner sofa instead of the 3 sofas pictured. A tv, dinning table with 4 chairs, and a desk with my computer. It’s a great space for socialising, entertaining and relaxing too. I currently have a PS4 in there as well.
The kitchen is a little dated and small but has everything you need, gas stove, fridge freezer, new washing machine and a dryer. We can arrange the cupboards to suit your needs.
The bathroom is newly fitted and modern with a bath and a great shower with two heads.
On street parking available just across the road.

1 minute walk to ASDA
7 minute walk to Railway Station
10 minutes to the centre of town with shops and restaurants
Rent is £500 a month with bills included
Deposit is £100.
Unfortunately no pets, no couples and preferably no smokers.
A little about me: I’m 28 and a nurse, I work long days but like to chill when I get home and then see friends and family on the weekend. I normally batch cook for the week and enjoy watching movies, socialising, sports and play FIFA now and again.
