Double Room in quiet cul-de-sac

Double bedroom

I’m a self-employed professional looking for someone to come and lodge in my spare room.

It’s available Monday to Friday or for short term (ie a fortnight).

It’s fully kitted out with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and dressing table. It’s a beautiful room with plenty of space and storage.

There is a cosy shared living room and kitchen, and a shared downstairs bathroom.

I’m looking for someone quiet, tidy, but is also happy to socialise. I work a lot of afternoons and evenings during the week, so the lodger would have space to themselves then.

There is a small back yard with space to sit out and enjoy the sun (if it ever comes out!), and plenty of on street parking. The house is right near the Nidd Gorge walk, and a 15 minute walk into town.

I share the house with The Hulk - a beautiful, sweet natured cat.
