Spare double room to rent in a two bedroom terraced house. I currently live here alone and am looking for one other clean and tidy lodger to fill the spare room. The house is located a 15 minute walk from the center, also on the bus route to town, with local shops a couple of minutes walk away. There is also on street parking.

I am a friendly working professional who likes to live in a clean, tidy and quiet environment. I am looking for someone like minded, I am not looking for somebody who will be having people round or living the partying lifestyle. I am also vegetarian and ideally would be looking to live with someone vegetarian/vegan, but can be discussed. House is fully furnished and I would not be looking to change any of the current furnishings, however you can bring whatever you want into your own room. I would be the main tenant with you renting out the spare room and having access to the shared areas such as living room, gym room, bathroom, kitchen and garden. I own all of the furnishings in the house so someone with respect and care for property is a must.

Separate living room/dining room. I have turned the dining room into a gym room which has a treadmill, bike and weights power rack. Ideal for somebody into fitness. Decent sized kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Large shared bathroom. Spare double room has a double bed, TV, built in small wardrobe and a desk and chair. Currently has some of my belongings in there which will be cleared out. I am a smoker but smokers allowed in the garden ONLY, not in the house.

I have set females preferred simply because, no offence gentlemen but they are generally more house proud, but open to discussion if you are male and think you can fit the type of housemate I am looking for.
