Comfortable double room to let in suburbs of Hgt

Hi, I have a double room to let in my home in the leafy suburbs of Harrogate.

I have let a room for a number of years so am accustomed to sharing. I would prefer to share with a female as it's more comfortable at home.

The room is light and airy having a good sized bay window. It has a double bed, good sized radiator, two wardrobes and a little sitting area.

There is a newly built dining kitchen. We can meet round the table to chat when suits. The tiled bathroom is modern and bright. There is a lovely garden at the back and parking at the front. All bills are included in the price.
