Monday -Friday : double room, close to centre

Large bright double room in 5 bedroom family home. For a Monday to Friday let only from Monday 13th May.

Our children are now away so we have lots of space in our five bedroom house. Most of the week there will just be me here and another lodger who comes home about nine in the evening. My husband works in London Tuesday to Friday. I return home from work about six and go out most evenings.

The spacious light room has a double bed, (we provide sheets), bedside table, bedside light, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirrors plus good lighting. There is a desk, chair and light in the room if you want somewhere quiet to work. The bathroom is shared. We have cable wifi, large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and dining room that you can use.

It is a five minute walk to the 36 bus stop for Leeds and 10-15 minute walk to Harrogate train station.

There is parking on the street and small front and back gardens. It is a very nice tree lined street and just a five to ten minute walk across the stray to the town centre. There is a cellar with level access where a bike can be kept. Lots of local amenities, please get in touch if you would like to have a look.
