Double room to rent in a cosy 2 bed flat.

I am advertising my spare room, for a tidy organised individual.

My home has a relaxed environment, I am happy to socialise, although my partying days are over, so looking for likeminded people.

Monday to Friday/7 days a week lets considered.

The room is a double room, and has recently had fitted wardrobes put in.

Use of washing machine is available. Bathroom is a shared bathroom. Space in fridge and freezer, and cupboard space available for food. I am happy to share food costs, and cooking of evening meals.

The ideal lodger would be friendly, clean and tidy, sociable and must be respectful of my home, and willing to share the cleaning of the communal areas.
On street parking. There is also bus routes near by, and town is about a 30-45 minute walk. There is the hydro pool and gym and local shops, takeaways, and pubs within walking distance. There is also a park very close by, which would be suitable to sit out on a summer evening, and enjoy the sun.
