Double Room available in Modern Flat for Professional male or female
I am looking to rent out the spare room in my flat. I would also consider Monday to Friday lets.
The room includes:
Double ottoman bed
Wardrobe
Bedside table
Storage unit
These items can be removed from the room if not needed, but the bed must stay.
Shared bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. New washing machine and shared space in the kitchen cupboards.
There is space for home office which can be discussed Wi-fi available.
There is also some garage storage.
The ideal candidate would be friendly, clean and tidy and respectful of my home.
When I am not working I am a sociable person with a busy social life.
I do have a little dog who is very friendly, she comes to work with me so isn’t left very offend but loves a snuggle on the sofa. (she is hypoallergenic)
There is on street parking and It is only 10 mins and the town centre. located just off coldbath road there are all the amenities you could need!
£550 per month inclusive of the bills and £550 deposit returnable at the end of the stay. Receipts given. Long let (6month and over)and one month’s notice on either side.
