I have a good size double room to let. The house is in a quiet road near the centre of town (about 6 minutes walk to the bus and railway stations, and 15 minutes walk to the Hospital). Shared use of bathroom and (separate) loo, and kitchen (table and TV). I have pets (cat, and two rabbits in the garden). The house is a short walk from Asda, town, cinema, theatre, etc and there is a very good convenience store nearby on Skipton Road.
Parking is on street but is easy as without a permit people can only park for three hours max (with a disc) during the day. Otherwise no restrictions 6pm to 9am weekdays, or at the weekend. Residents permit is £30 for a year.
Unlimited fibre optic broadband.
Room is £550 per calendar month for one person.
