Good sized double room in quiet central location

I have a good size double room to let. The house is in a quiet road near the centre of town (about 6 minutes walk to the bus and railway stations, and 15 minutes walk to the Hospital). The room has been recently decorated and recarpeted. Shared usedof bathroom and (separate) loo, and kitchen (table and TV) with me. I have pets (cats, and two rabbits in the garden). The house is a short walk from Asda, town, cinema, theatre, etc and there is a very good convenience store nearby on Skipton Road.

Parking is on street but is easy as without a permit people can only park for three hours max (with a disc) during the day. Otherwise no restrictions 6pm to 9am weekdays, or at the weekend. Residents permit is £30 for a year.

Unlimited fibre optic broadband.

Room is £475 per calendar month for one person.

My interests are Art, food & wine, and the environment. I also like to watch mindless tv in the evenings!
