Large Double Room with En-Suite

About Us
Hello! We are Ed and Charlotte, a couple, of 20 something professionals living in Hellifield, on the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Originally from Cornwall we have settled here for the outdoor lifestyle, good beer and glorious Yorkshire weather.

The House
We live in a spacious four bedroom property, with a large kitchen, storage room, living room and conservatory. We have a secluded garden with decking and patio, which backs onto an open field. We have outside storage in our shed and plenty of off street parking, all of which you are welcome to take advantage of, there is plenty of space for bikes and/or a small boat should you need it.

The room available is the spacious master bedroom, with en-suite shower room. It comes furnished with all the essentials and plenty of space for additional furniture if you wish. The room looks out over the field behind the house, through which flows a small beck and is often home to grazing sheep.

The Area
Hellifield is a small and sleepy village on the A65, with direct links to Settle and Skipton. The house is in a quiet, scenic location, the front door is just 400 metres from the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There is a well connected train station 5 minute walk from the front door, with regular direct train links to Leeds (50mins), Lancaster and Carlisle. We are also less than 1 hour drive from the Lake District! The village also has a shop, cafe, 2 pubs, butchers, garage and chip shop.

And You
We are looking for someone to share our home with us on a long term basis, a young professional or someone working in the outdoors would be preferred. You should be generally clean and tidy, easy going and sociable.
