Large room to let in central location

Large private top floor room in central location close to all amenities and public transport. Share modern bathroom and kitchen / dining room with one other(me) I smoke so anyone looking for a smoke free home would not be suitable. I’m a professional person working daytime shifts so would prefer similar. I’m a private person but quite amenable if we bump into each other in the kitchen 😊 I tend not to cook at home as I cook for a living so... coals to Newcastle ext. There is no parking space but public transport is literally 30 seconds walk away . Easy going and laid back person who likes their own space would be my ideal flatmate. No photos of room at the mo as I have a flatmate who leaves in late November and I respect his space but will upload photos as soon as possible.
