The large bedroom is a nicely decorated double room, with quality furnishings. The other facilities are shared and include 2 spacious lounges, a modern bathroom and dining kitchen.
The house is large and airy with plenty of light and wood features. There is wifi.

In return for this affordable living opportunity with the tenant (in his mid 60s) you are asked to do some helpful and sociable tasks around the home such as cleaning, tidying, cooking and shared meals. The ideal Home-sharer is someone friendly and conversational.

This is non-smoking house. There is on street parking and there may be space to store a bicycle. Someone with a cat might also be considered.

Malton is a picturesque town with many lovely walks and shops. The house is 15 minute walk from the Market Place, Railway Station and bus station. There are regular buses to York, Leeds , Whitby and Scarborough

In a Homeshare there is a monthly fee of just £200 per month (£150 if you earn less than the single person tax allowance), and you are asked to provide up to 10 hours of help and support for the current occupier. Bills are approx. £75/month
