Garden with a secure shed that you can store a bike in.

Pocklington is an ideal location for commuting to York, Beverley, Hull and surrounding areas.

York 25-30 minute drive.

Beverley 30 minute drive.

Hull 40 minute drive.

Bus stop 10 minute walking distance. Hourly bus service that runs from York to Hull through Pocklington. Last bus leaving York at 10:05pm to Pocklington 10:40pm.

Pocklington is a market town. There is a Aldi and Sainsbury’s. Pocklington is located next to the Yorkshire Wolds so is great for walking and cycling.

I am 33, I enjoy running, hiking and cycling. I also enjoy cooking. I am friendly, sociable and down to earth. I tend be out running most evenings. I am looking for a tidy, considerate and down to earth house mate.
