The house includes two toilets and a garden and is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a newly built neighborhood on the outskirts of Scarborough. It is a 15 minute drive into the town centre, 50 min drive to York and 10 min walk to Seamer train station. There is also plenty of parking space on the street in front of the house.
My spare bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and includes a smart TV, mirror, waste bin and clothes rack.
