We have one double room left available to rent in a 4 bedroom house share. The house is located in the centre of Scarborough, just opposite the Railway station and main bus stops. Making it an ideal place for those needing to commute. The house is set over 4 floors and the room available is on the first floor, looking over the ornamental gardens of West Square. The property is all themed and has a warm and cosy atmosphere.
All bills are included. The room on offer has unlimited free Wi-Fi,(which is also available throughout the building) a Smart TV and free Netflix. kettle, hairdryer, Ironing facilities and wardrobe space etc. Hogwarts themed decor and a good size en-suite, with free standing bath and hand shower, toilet and basin and further space for hanging clothes.
We also have a kitchenette available with a washer, dryer and full cooking facilities and a full size fridge/freezer A spacious communal sitting room is also available to use
We do not live at the property, and we give our guests as much privacy as desired, but we do expect guests to be clean, tidy and look after the property. Room servicing is available if desired on a weekly basis, including a change of bedding and hoovering and we are just a call away should you need us for anything.
The rooms could potentially be available to couples on a short term basis at an additional cost of £25 per week.
The rooms would ideally suit professionals or Students however If you have recently lost your job due to the covid-19 outbreak or are struggling as result of the current situation, we can accept people who will need to claim housing benefit/universal credit.
We require one week's rent in advance to move in, but do not ask for a deposit.
