Lovely Double room central Scarborough

We have one room left to rent in our house share in the centre of Scarborough, opposite the railway station and main bus stop. The house a victorian terrace. We have three tenants who are all very quiet and respectful.
We offer a shared Lounge and kitchenette, which has full washing, drying and cooking facilities. There is unlimited free wi-fi and all bills are included.
The room on offer is a fully furnished double room, there is a 4 poster double bed, drawers, full size wardrobe and shelves. A smart tv is also included. The room is decorated in a regency theme, as pictured. There is central heating which can be controlled in the room and Ironing facilities.
The room also comes with a private bathroom a couple of yards away from the room, but exclusively for the rooms use, with a very large roll top bath and hand shower, toilet and sink.
Due to the pandemic and current situation people claiming universal credit or pip are welcome to apply, we can provide you with an agreement so you will be able to claim for the cost of rent. We ask for the first week/months on the day of moving in, as unfortunately we have dealt with a few people who have not paid us after being allowed to move in first. We just ask that potential lodgers/guests are respectful of others at all times and keep their space/communal areas clean and tidy and pay on time.
