The light and airy room is at the front of the first-floor with another bedroom and a bathroom next door shared by the two rooms.

On the ground floor we have two kitchens. You would share one of these with one or two other tenants. Both have plenty of storage space and your own fridge freezer. In one kitchen there is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer freely used by all five housemates.

A rear door leads to a "turfed" yard with seating and outdoor clothes drying lines.

The kitchens, bathrooms, stairs, and landings are cleaned professionally each week. The front of the house also has an artificially turfed area with benches.

Fast, true fibre internet and TV licence are both included, as are all other bills. The rent includes £20 per week for power, any underspend is repaid to the tenants every few months.

All rooms are clean, furnished with double beds, wardrobes etc. The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated with a new boiler.

Viewing is welcome by arrangement. The deposit and a month's rent in advance need to be arranged by you in advance of joining our quiet house.

The age profile of the existing housemates makes it likely that the fifth housemate will be aged 35 plus but younger applicants may be considered.

Proof of identity, right to be in the UK, funds, and a reference from an agreed person will all be needed.
