Female preferred to share with me as it’s a small flat, sorry but security has been an issue for me in the past.. The beautiful location makes up for a small room. Shared lounge during the day. Shared shower/wc with just me.. Must like dogs or you would not be happy. She is medium sized and very loving.
I intend to be away a lot hence letting a room. So you will have a fare amount of time to yourself.
When I am away I will ask that you pay for your electric use. All order bills i still cover. You will not use much in the summer . Probably £10 a week.
A Person who works during the day will fit in best and be the most content here.
The room has lovely sea views. For security I can not reveal exact location until we meet for a coffee and decide if we can share together..
