Light bedrooms in East Yorkshire Cottge

My cottage would be ideal if you need a short-term let for work. I'm only taking on maximum of 3 months lets at the moment as I'm putting the house on the market.

Bedroom 1 - £600 (double)
Bedroom 2 - £500 (single)

Each bedroom has a bed, mattress, wardrobe/rail with triple glazed windows, freshly decorated with brand new carpet and radiators. The rooms are upstairs in a 2-story house.

Adjustments:
*If you would like to stay for 1 week, I charge a flat fee of £250*

Bathroom:
Large shared family bathroom (shared with your female landlord)

Kitchen:
There is a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, sink. You will have your own cupboard or draw.

Lounge:
When I'm home, the lounge is my personal space. I do however work away from home quite regularly, and you're welcome to use it when I'm not there.

Parking:
There is a gated driveway to park your vehicle.

Garden:
I have a large, basic garden. Space to sunbathe and BBQ in good weather. I also have a shed, should you need to store items such as a bike.

Nearby:
There is a bridal way that runs next to the house which is lovely for walks and running, good cycle routes close by too. There's a McDonald’s and a Shell petrol station a shirt 5 minute walk away, aswell as an Indian restaurant with a bar, about 3 minute walk away. The village is quiet and we don’t have a pub, but there is Market Weighton half an hours walk away with extensive pubs, hairdressers, a big Tesco, small Morrisons, nail technicians, cute shops and more. There is also the Goodmanham Arms a short drive away which is arguably the best pub in Yorkshire. There is a bus stop just outside the house which can take you to Hull, York, Pocklington, Beverley or anywhere in between.
