Double Room with En-Suite Available in Peaceful Cottage- you will mostly have the place to yourself as I only spend maybe one or two weekends there a month due to travelling for work. (Short-Term Let, Up to 6 Months)

A spacious double room with private en-suite will soon be available in my well-equipped, tidy cottage. The house is located in a quiet rural setting with a beautiful garden at the rear; very peaceful and ideal for someone who enjoys a bit of calm.

About the House:
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
• Lovely garden with countryside views
• Free broadband and off-street parking
• Located in a quiet courtyard set back from the road
• A couple of kind, respectful neighbours
• Room is located at opposite end of house to mine, so direct access to kitchen/living area without needing to pass by my room, offering excellent privacy

About Me:
I’m an officer in the Army, and I’m away most of the time; typically only home for one or two weekends a month. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who stays during the week and is away on weekends, but that’s definitely not a deal-breaker. If it works out that I have a weekend or two alone at the cottage each month, I’d be happy to reduce the rent as a gesture of thanks.

I’m a relaxed, kind, and respectful gent; well-mannered, social, and tidy. I enjoy a good laugh and living life, but I also really value personal space and quiet time. I’m easygoing and open, and I’d want us to have a comfortable, mutually respectful setup.
