This single bedroom is large enough for a double bed although this would limit space for a wardrobe etc. Other storage space in the house is available if needs be.
- - The property - -
The property is spread over 4 floors, with the newly installed kitchen on the ground floor providing access to the back yard and outhouse for bicycles. On the 1st floor there is a shared living room and one double room (all rented rooms will be lockable). The front door is situated on this level too. On the 2nd floor there is a newly installed bathroom, another double room, a single room and a store room. Finally on the 3rd floor there is a double room which I shall use. The train station is a 10 minute walk, Tesco is about 1 minute, bus station 5 minutes and there are 2 pubs around the corner.

There is currently three of us living in the house (2 females, 1 male). We all work in different industries and from different backgrounds but get along well. It would be great to find someone easy going and happy to live with us. Thank you
