Room to rent

Room to rent in lovely 4-bed house, shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Outdoor space. Parking. All bills and WiFi included.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy that will be respectful of my home and privacy.

The bedroom has fitted furniture comprising a bed, drawers, and a wardrobe. In addition, the room has a desk, radiator and double glazing and benefits a smart TV.

I have a cat and a dog so you must be ok with these. I would be ok if you have a pet as long as they get on with other animals.

On alternate weekends I have three children (8 upwards) that come to stay (they are used to having a lodger) so you must be okay with children, unless you only require the room Mon to Fri for example.

5-minute walk into the centre of Skipton with good access to public transport including trains to Leeds, Bradford, and beyond.
