Rooms to rent on the outskirts of Skipton

My name is Aimee and I have two rooms to rent in my lovely grade 2 listed home in Coniston Cold just outside of Skipton.

The house has a large garden and plenty of parking. You will have full use of the shared living room, utility room and kitchen. The living room is spacious and cosy with a wood burning stove. The Kitchen has recently been renovated so everything is new and includes a dishwasher and AGA cooker.

Room One (the green room) comes fully furnished with everything you see in the pictures excluding bedding. It has a super king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Room Two (the blue room) slightly smaller than room one this room has a king sized bed and like room one comes fully furnished with everything you see in the pictures (excluding bedding). This room is not en-suite however you will have primary use of the house bathroom (pictured).

There are two other housemates I should make you aware of, a golden retriever and a black labrador, both very cuddly and playful so you must be a dog person. I own a couple of bars in Skipton that keep me pretty busy and I enjoy baking, reading, live music and films. I am clean tidy and organised and cleanliness is a must!
