We are offering a bright modern large room with 4ft double ottoman storage bed with optional roll up single mattress available if needed for an occasional overnight guest. The room is well equipped with full wall to wall fitted wardrobes with ample shelf space and 6 drawers. Bedding can be provided if required. There is a small folding table & chair for laptop use. Key lock on door. You are responsible for insuring you own belongings.

The sitting room is my personal space I rarely use, but you are welcome to use it when I'm not in there myself, Shared bathroom & kitchen with your own Freezer drawer, Fridge shelf and kitchen cupboard and drawer space. Washing machine & drying facilities, Central heating, Mains wired smoke alarms, TV license & Fast broadband. There is off street parking and a tidy kept garden.
