Spacious Home Easy Commute to York or Leeds

Hi, my name is Lena and I have a beautiful room to rent out to the right person.

This is a unique house with one room to rent. There are 3 of us here at the moment so looking for one more that will fit in.

Currrently I stay one night a week so you won’t see me much.

Sasha and victoria are the other housemates and both easy going! .

I have a huge passion for food and own a catering company which I run from 3 locations (one is the house very infrequently) so occasionally it’s all go in the kitchen with lots of tasty snacks.

The other two ladies that live in the house are easy going and wonderful to live with and keep the house clean and tidy.

The house is 10-20 minute drive to York and about 20 minutes to Leeds with great bus transportation to both so it’s great if you work in either.

All I ask of the new housemates are that you respect the space and keep the house clean and tidy.

The room is a wonderful space and has built in wardrobes and shelves. There is a double bed and space for some of your own furniture or I can leave the drawers that are there etc.

The rent is £600pcm and will not be going up for at least 1 year. I’ve lived there for
6 years and never had an issue. The neighbours on the street are lovely too. Shops nearby and lots of nice walks.
