Quirky house with beds to fill!

Hi, my name is Lena and the current lodger is getting on the property ladder so I have a beautiful room to rent out to the right person.

I’m 28 with 2 dogs (that don’t make much noise) so if you’re not a dog lover then sorry this probably isn’t the place for you. I’m outgoing and I’m looking for someone to bring a bit of conversation into the house. Ideally if you get sarcasm that would be great too :).

I have a huge passion for food, board games and I play sports (normally) 5 days a week. If you’re into any of them things then we will probably get along just fine. I watch a decent amount of films and box sets as-well, so there’s always something to binge as a house.

The two other lodgers are Harry and Tom, Harry is a personal trainer and Tom is a carer and they couldn’t be nicer to live with. Most of us are out the house majority of the time but I do run a business from home some days of the week hence the cheaper rent.

The house is 10-20 minute drive to York and about 20 minutes to Leeds with great bus transportation to both so it’s great if you work in either.

All I ask of the new housemates are that you respect the space and keep the kitchen nice and tidy. If you’re not a fan of cooking then that’s fine as I cook every night so I’m happy to come to an arrangement with this too.

If you are part of a couple I’m happy to charge a little more to stay in the house however this will be up for discussion at a later date.
