Big Double Room. Great Location For York And Leeds

Hi, I’m Lena and I own the house ☺️

I only stay once a week at a push but spend most my time at my partners instead so I rent the rooms out.

There are 2 ladies living in the house: Emma and Victoria. Both of the girls are easy to live with and love a good book!

The room is very spacious and has plenty of character. The current lodger has been in the room for nearly 3 years.

The living room, dining room, driveway, garden, and kitchen are all shared spaces (simple rule, leave it as you found it).

The house would suit an easy going female, for a long term lodger the room can be redecorated down the line if not to your taste but this will be up for discussion.

There are two bathrooms: 1 shower room and 1 bathroom.

Tadcaster is a lovely little town with plenty of things to do and it’s a really friendly place to live. I’ve had the house for 6 years and had a really lovely time living there.

We have a cleaner for the house (shared spaces only).

I run a side catering business so occasionally take over the kitchen but I keep everyone updated and sometimes leave the baked goods leftovers ☺️
